We are currently seeking an Administrative Officer / Legal Administrative Officer to provide mid to long term support to our financial service client:  Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support and assist in fundraising activities, including preparing materials and coordinating with investors Support funds and simple investment transactions, including related documentation and operational tasks Handle some NDAs, confidential agreements, and other legal/transaction documents (from templates), including tracking and filing Perform basic company secretarial work, such as simple share transfer forms and straightforward board resolutions   Requirements Degree holder with legal related background 0-3 years of work experience; applicants who are new to workforce are also welcome Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong organizational skills Awareness in handling confidential information; comfortable working on large amount of administrative tasks Fluent English and able to read and write Chinese.
