The Administrative Assistant oversees administrative tasks, coordinates resident relations, manages leasing documentation, and performs clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.    Key Responsibilities: Represent Investment Property Group in a positive and professional manner at all times. Provide administrative support to the Community Manager and office team with daily operations. Assists prospective residents by answering questions, scheduling appointments, and conducting property tours. Process rental applications and help ensure all required documentation is complete. Assist wit resident correspondence, filing data entry, and maintaining organized and accurate records. Support lease preparation, move-in paperwork, and other administrative tasks as needed. Help maintain office organization and ensure paperwork is completed accurately and timely. Deliver professional customer service to current and prospective residents while supporting overall community operations.
