1 Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our administrative operations. The successful candidate will assist the Administrative Manager in key functions while taking ownership of specific responsibilities. The work will be carried out at the Tampere R&D office. Key Responsibilities: Property and Lease Management: Assist the Administrative Manager in managing property and lease-related tasks. Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication with stakeholders. Administrative PO and Budget management: Manage the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, including purchase request validation, order issuance, change management, delivery and acceptance tracking, invoice reconciliation, payment coordination, budget control, compliance documentation, and timely PO closure. Monitor administrative expenditure and budget utilization on a daily and monthly basis. Analyze budget performance, report progress and variances to the team leader, recommend corrective actions, summarize current-year expenditure, and support the preparation of budget assumptions for the following year. General Administrative Support: Ensure the smooth operation of administrative processes by performing various support tasks as needed. Qualifications: Skills and Experience: At least two years of relevant experience in administration or procurement. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive service-oriented mindset. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize under pressure. Fluency in Finnish and English is required for effective communication. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Resilient under pressure, with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
