Your New Company:

Your New Role
As the Project Administrator you will work alongside a growing team of creatives and help to deliver high profile projects internationally.
Your duties will include:
• Monitor start to finish project performance.
• Lead Project Progress meetings and provide updates to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients and design partners.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure projects are delivered according to procedures
• Prepare and manage invoicing forecasts, budgets and raise monthly invoicing.
• Assist in the set up of new bids, projects and fee proposals.
• Reporting Project progress to Associate Directors in Sydney and Ops Manager in London.
• Ad hoc duties including coordinating office events, managing travel bookings and itineraries and ensuring office supplies are maintained.

About You:
• Previous Project Administration/Coordination experience is essential.
• Experience within the Design, Architecture or Engineering industry is ideal.
• The ability to work well under pressure and autonomously.
• Experience using Microsoft Projects, Adobe InDesign, Xero or CMap is desired.
