Addetto/a Tornitura Senior Per la sede Oerlikon Riri di Padova, specializzata nella realizzazione di accessori per l’alta moda, cerchiamo una risorsa senior da inserire nel reparto Attrezzeria operando principalmente su due torni CNC, con pregressa esperienza nel ruolo. A seguito di un opportuno periodo di affiancamento, la risorsa si occuperà della creazione dei componenti meccanici richiesti, seguendo le specifiche e le priorità interne, in condivisione col capo reparto. Dovrà collaborare con i colleghi dell’Ufficio Tecnico e dell’Industrializzazione per la realizzazione di componenti necessari a nuovi sviluppi e test preventivi, oltre che con i meccanici del reparto Assemblaggi per il rifacimento e/o le modifiche/migliorie su attrezzature esistenti. Le principali attività saranno: • utilizzo di un tornio CNC, con programmazione a bordo macchina (no software CAM remoto); • studio delle sagome necessarie tramite CAD; • utilizzo di macchine tradizionali (tornio, fresa, trapano) ove necessario. La risorsa ideale ha: • esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni su torni CNC (3 assi + motorizzati) e programmazione con linguaggio ISO; • conoscenza dell’utilizzo di macchine tradizionali per asportazione di truciolo; • ottima capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico (meccanico); • conoscenza dei principali strumenti di controllo dimensionale (calibro, micrometro, alesametro); • familiarità nell’utilizzo di Autocad 2d (comandi base); • diploma o qualifica in ambito meccanico. Costituisce titolo preferenziale: • esperienza pregressa in aziende metalmeccaniche di realizzazione di minuterie, stampi di piccole dimensioni, macchine speciali di assemblaggio. Completano il profilo buona manualità e precisione, attenzione al dettaglio, proattività e autonomia operativa, spirito di squadra e predisposizione alla collaborazione. Offriamo: • Contratto a tempo indeterminato in base all'esperienza maturata, full time, CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria; la RAL prevista è compresa tra €35.000 e €40.000; • Accordo di II° livello che regola il Premio di Risultato; • Sala ristoro aziendale disponibile, con possibilità di portare i propri pasti oppure usufruire del servizio mensa convenzionato; • Parcheggio.
