As an Ad Agency Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our advertising agency clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our advertising agency clients, understanding their needs, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to manage the onboarding process, monitor campaign performance, and identify opportunities for account growth. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned advertising agency clients Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service Understand client goals and objectives and develop strategies to help them achieve success Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign implementation and execution Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates and insights to clients Identify opportunities for account growth and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives
