We work with leading organizations to solve complex business problems using cutting-edge solutions across finance, risk, and performance management. Job Summary ACIES is looking for an experienced Oracle Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Financials and/or Oracle Hyperion (EPM). The role involves implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle solutions for enterprise clients, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and/or Oracle Hyperion/EPM modules • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions • Design and develop financial reporting, budgeting, planning, forecasting, and consolidation solutions using Hyperion tools • Perform system integration, data validation, and reconciliation activities • Prepare functional design documents (FDD), test scripts, and user manuals • Support UAT, production issues, and system enhancements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and project management • Ensure solutions align with accounting standards and business best practices Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong experience in Oracle Financials and/or Oracle Hyperion (HFM, Planning, Essbase, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS) • Good understanding of financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation • Hands-on experience in Oracle implementation or support projects • Knowledge of SQL, data integration tools (FDMEE, ODI) is a plus • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualification s • CA / MBA (Finance) / ICWA or equivalent qualification • Oracle certification(s) in Financials or Hyperion/EPM • Experience working with consulting firms or enterprise clients Why Join ACIES? • Exposure to high-impact global projects • Collaborative and learning-driven work culture • Strong growth and career development opportunities • Competitive compensation and benefits
