Diese Position berichtet an: AR Team Lead __ You are passionate about customer service orientation and attention to detail You are at ease communicating in business English, both written and spoken Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support account receivables in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing accounts receivable data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Processing Accounts Receivable transactions such as customer invoices and/or advances, account reconciliation and reporting • Supporting internal trade payments and cash application activities, handling of retentions and/or deductions • Executing analysis and reports as assigned in accurate and timely manner • Ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction • Supporting internal business units via phone, email and workflows • Supporting development and implementation of improvements projects Qualifications for the role • You are immersed in financial processes and methodologies and the global finance and shared services market • You have over 2 years of experience in Finance, with a solid understanding of Accounts Receivable • Demonstrate a basic to advanced understanding of financial accounting, reporting, planning, controlling, assurance, internal control, as well as treasury and investment functions • Highly adept in accounting tools and ERP systems, with SAP experience being a strong plus • You are at ease communicating in business English, both written and spoken • You are passionate about customer service orientation and attention to detail • You are innovative around team collaboration and working under deadlines and time pressure Benefits • Enjoy a stable employment in a company with a long history in innovation and technology. • Collaborate with experienced experts in an international environment. • Seize individual development and training opportunities, from job specific to soft skills. • Private medical care (including offers for family members) and life insurance. • Receive attractive remuneration based on your experience and skills, and other financial benefits, such as annual bonus and internal share purchase program. • Choose from various benefits in kind, ranging from healthy lifestyle offerings, to knowledge sharing, to teambuilding activities.
