About the role Position : Accounts Receivable Specialist Location : 7323 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036 (hello82 HQ) Work Hours : Mon-Fri 9:30AM to 6:30PM, Onsite Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable process: invoicing, payment matching, collections • Prepare and review AR Aging reports; follow up on overdue accounts • Maintain and operate QuickBooks Online (QBO) AR module, ensuring data accuracy • Support month-end/quarter-end close through AR account reconciliation • Communicate with clients (labels/partners) regarding invoices and resolve disputes • Collaborate with Finance/Payroll teams on cash flow reporting • (Preferred) Manage AR processes related to logistics operations (e.g., shipment-invoice matching, logistics vendor settlement) Qualifications • 3–5 years of hands-on AR (Accounts Receivable) experience • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) required • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP preferred) • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Nice to Have • AR/finance experience in the logistics industry • Experience in entertainment/music industry or agency environment • Experience handling multi-country transactions (Korea/US/Germany/Mexico) Benefits & Perks | We Take Care of Our People The hello82 team understands the importance of ensuring our employees are provided with strong benefits to keep them going wherever they are.
