TWR Canada is seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in a full-time (40 hrs/ wk ) capacity. This role plays a vital function in ensuring the faithful stewardship, administration, and reconciliation of donor contributions while fostering meaningful relationships with ministry partners, supporters, volunteers, and guests. Serving as both Accounts Receivable Clerk and Receptionist, this individual will provide professional financial administration and genuine Christ-like care to supporters that strengthens giving confidence, promotes operational excellence, and advances the ministry's mission of sharing the Gospel through media. The Accounts Receivable Clerk  is responsible for  the  accurate  processing, recording, reconciliation, and administration of all charitable contributions, receivables, and giving records. This individual ensures the integrity of financial and constituent data across multiple systems while cultivating positive meaningful relationships through responsive communication, compassionate service, and Christ-centered engagement with ministry partners. Success in this role is measured not only by financial accuracy and regulatory compliance but also by the quality of donor relationships, supporter retention, and the overall ministry experience provided to those who invest and engage with TWR Canada. The ideal candidate combines strong administrative and financial skills, exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of discretion, and a commitment to serving within a Christian ministry environment. Type:  Permanent, full-time role (40 hrs/week) Location: London, Ontario (in-office role) Reports to: Director of Finance & Administration Salary: $42,500-$52,500 annually, based on experience, plus benefits Application Deadline: July 17, 2026, or until filled (applications to be reviewed on a rolling basis) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Accounts Receivable & Financial Administration • Administer the full accounts receivable cycle for charitable contributions, pledges, recurring commitments, event revenue, and receivables. • Process, record and reconcile financial transactions received through multiple channels-- mail, online, phone, EFT, pre-authorized giving, and events-- with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring timely allocation of funds and consistency across  DonorPerfect , QuickBooks, banking records, and related financial systems • Process adjustments, refunds, corrections, and donor account updates • Prepare and issue official donation receipts and acknowledgements in compliance with CRA guidelines and organizational standards. • Monitor receivable aging, recurring commitments, outstanding balances, and returned payments,  initiating   appropriate follow-up  activities. • Investigate and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies, providing  timely  and professional  assistance  to donors and internal stakeholders. • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciliations, audit preparation, and financial reporting requirements. • Maintain  accurate  database records and ensure data integrity across the CRM, accounting, and banking systems. • Ensure compliance with CRA regulations, accounting standards, internal controls, and organizational policies governing charitable receipting and financial stewardship. • Identify  opportunities to strengthen financial controls, improve efficiency, and enhance receivable management processes. Database Administration & Reporting • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging for Finance, Development, and leadership teams as needed providing insights to support decision-making. • Create, update, and manage donor profiles, communication preferences, and account details. • Run data verification reports to  identify  discrepancies, duplicate records, or missing data. • Maintain and update database coding structures and receipting records to support reporting and system integration. • Support donor segmentation and mailing lists for campaigns, appeals, and events Donor/Customer Focused Engagement • Serve as a trusted point of contact for inquiries responding by phone or email in  a timely , professional, and compassionate manner or directing their requests appropriately. • Strengthen relationships with donors communicating effectively and accurately  regarding  account activity, receipting, inquiries, and special billing situations. • Demonstrate exceptional stewardship by ensuring every interaction reflects gratitude, integrity, and Christ-centered service. • Help supporters in understanding the impact of their partnership and the role they play in advancing Gospel outreach around the worldwide • Regularly pray with and encourage ministry partners, providing spiritual care that deepens their connection to the mission and vision of the organization. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support • Troubleshoot system issues and improve workflows in consultation with the IT/IS Admin, Special Projects  Tech  and the Finance Manager. • Collaborate with Finance, Development, and IT, and Marketing/Communication teams to ensure seamless administration and reporting processes. • In coordination with the Development and Communication teams  assist  with fundraising campaigns, donor retention initiatives, ministry  events  and seasonal communication pieces that foster meaningful supporter experiences that promote confidence, loyalty, and long-term ministry engagement • Actively  participate  in ministry prayer times, devotions, and team activities that cultivate spiritual unity and enhance organizational culture Since no job description can encompass all duties that may be  required , we expect all TWR Canada team members to  occasionally  carry out other responsibilities broadly consistent with those listed in their position description. Q UALIFICATIONS Spiritual Alignment • Demonstrated alignment with TWR Canada’s Statement of Faith,  mission  and core values • Spiritually mature Christian with  an evident  love for God and people • Demonstrated commitment to personal and corporate prayer as a vital part of the ministry culture and decision-making process, including leading and  participating  in prayer,  devotions   and spiritual rhythms of the organization Education & Experience • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in accounts receivable, donation processing, finance administration, or donor database administration, preferably within a nonprofit or ministry environment • Post-secondary diploma or certificate in accounting, administration, business, finance, or a related field preferred • Experience processing high volumes of financial transactions with strong attention to detail and accuracy • Familiarity with donor management systems and CRM platforms, preferably  DonorPerfect • Experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks is considered an asset • Knowledge of CRA receipting standards and nonprofit financial practices is an asset • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion • Strong reconciliation, data entry, and record management skills • Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills with a professional and compassionate approach Other • Ability to work extended hours during peak periods, 2-3 times per year , if needed • Current   clear  Criminal Record Check • Legally e ntitled  to work in Canada WORK ENVIRONMENT This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) based in London, Ontario .   The role follows core business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5  pm.   Occasional evening or weekend hours may be  required  for TWR events .   The desired start date is as soon as possible. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The salary range for this position is $42,500–$52,500 per year, based on education and experience.
