Accounts Receivable Associate - Part-Time Pay from $25 to $26 per hour 2200 S. Lakeside Drive, Waukegan, IL 60085 Do you have strong customer service skills and an interest in Finance? Position Responsibilities • Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships via phone and email. • Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions. • Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions. • Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt. Minimum Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred. • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
