The Accounts Payable Supervisor ensures timely and validated processing of disbursements of Seaoil and its affiliates. The position provides direct supervision to corporate and affiliates' related concerns involving Accounts Payable (AP) functionality. Implement small to medium scale process improvement projects. Supports financial reporting team in accruals and audit. What will YOU do? • Analyze invoices and expense reports for accuracy and eligibility of payment transactions • Ensure that the processing of disbursements was done without errors and in compliance with company policy, tax laws and accounting principles and standards • Focus on the development of payment transactions and projects related to the improvement of the disbursement procedures • Supervise the team's work plan and ensure delivery of both functional and non-functional tasks • Recheck all the output of the team (depending on approval matrix) to confirm that it is aligned with the accounting standards and policies of the Company • Ensure proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records in case of audits What will YOU need? • At least 3 years of experience within the same capacity • Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations)
