What   You’ll   Do: • Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and on time • Prepare and execute payment runs in accordance with company policies • Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledger accounts • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor inquiries • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations • Perform basic analyses and reconciliations of payables activity to identify errors or irregularities • Ensure compliance with internal controls and transaction verification procedures • Support occasional billing activities and respond to related questions • Keep financial records organized, accurate, and up to date What You Bring: • Bachelor’s degree OR o High school diploma + 2 years of relevant experience • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Clear communication skills and a professional approach to vendor interactions • Comfort working independently and taking ownership of day-to-day responsibilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems is a plus Why VB Spine? Compensation: Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performance   taken into account. The typical pay range for this position is   $60,000 – $67,000   annually, with   potential for   bonuses and incentives   plus   benefits. VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range. Final compensation is   determined   on a   case-by-case basis   and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
