Accounts Assistant / Liverpool / £14.35 – £15.35 / Excellent Benefits / Office Based / Temporary Role Accounts Assistant Benefits • £14.35 – £15.35 per hour • Immediate start • Amazing benefits • Great location Accounts Assistant Role Overview NC Associates are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a busy finance team on a temporary basis to provide support during a period of increased workload. This role will play a key part in assisting with a backlog of financial transactions, ensuring records are brought up to date accurately and efficiently. The position will focus primarily on processing invoices, completing bank reconciliations, and resolving any outstanding discrepancies. Accounts Assistant Responsibilities: • Processing and raising customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner • Managing sales and purchase ledger transactions • Performing regular bank reconciliations and investigating any discrepancies • Processing supplier invoices and matching invoices to purchase orders • Posting payments, receipts and other financial transactions onto the accounting system • Assisting with credit control and following up outstanding customer balances Accounts Assistant Experience Required • Previous experience working in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role. • Strong understanding of purchase ledger and sales ledger processes. • Experience of bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
