We support the introduction and operation of your solutions through training and change management, as well as managed services. \n About the role Your responsibilities will include, amongst other things: • Day-to-day accounting and financial statements • VAT and payroll declarations • Cash flow monitoring and banking matters • Intra-group invoicing and accounting • Reporting to the group • Coordination of the payroll process • Development of procedures, processes and working methods \n Your Profile • Strong accounting expertise, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Experience working in a group environment or a solid understanding of consolidated accounts and intercompany transactions • Ability to take ownership of the full accounting cycle and work independently • High level of accountability and a proactive, hands-on approach • Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement • Curiosity and a willingness to challenge and develop existing processes • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills • Ability to communicate complex financial matters in a clear and understandable way • Down-to-earth personality with a collaborative and team-oriented attitude • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken • Ability to build effective relationships with local and international stakeholders • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken \n What we offer Attractive, performance-based compensation package Modern hardware and software Opportunity to work with well-known customers and high-impact engagements High flexibility in working hours and location Opportunities for training and personal development
