About the Opportunity
Beech Valley is hiring an experienced Accounting Manager-level consultant to support a multi-site healthcare organization with operational accounting and month-end close . This is a hands-on role for someone who can drive a clean, timely close across multiple locations and workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do
•
Lead/support the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
•
Drive operational accounting tasks including:
•
Account reconciliations and variance/flux explanations
•
Journal entry preparation/review
•
Balance sheet and income statement review support
•
Partner with internal stakeholders to keep close activities moving across multiple sites
•
Identify bottlenecks and improve close efficiency through documentation, checklists, and process clean-up
•
Provide clear status updates and communicate risks/issues early
What We’re Looking For
•
Manager-level accounting experience (either public accounting + industry or strong industry track)
•
Proven experience in multi-site healthcare (highly preferred)
•
Strong operational accounting / month-end close background
•
Comfortable owning work end-to-end with minimal oversight
•
Advanced Excel skills; experience working across multiple entities/locations is a plus
