Learn more at Proper.ai  We’re seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team.  Proper is seeking an Accounting Manager who will lead and manage a team of 20+ individual contributors, ensuring the delivery of top-notch accounting services to property managers and real estate developers in the US. This role requires a blend of technical accounting expertise, strong leadership skills, a data-driven approach to performance management, and a commitment to quality, accuracy, and timeliness in customer service delivery.  The ideal candidate will leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize team operations and drive continuous improvement, utilizing data analytics to monitor and enhance team performance and customer satisfaction. This position would be based remotely in Colombia.  Department: Accounting Operations The accounting department is the engine of the company, providing property management accounting services to our customers. They perform everyday accounting functions like payables and receivables, and monthly processes that flow into final financial statements for customers.
