To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a Accounting Associate (f/m/d) who combines technical excellence with genuine curiosity for people and processes. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS, incl. notes and management report  Own general ledger, fixed assets, AR/AP and ensure timely reconciliations of all balance‑sheet and P&L accounts   Perform intercompany reconciliations and support the group consolidation package  Act as key contact for auditors, tax advisors and authorities   Monitor subsidiary closing activities, journal entries and perform internal audit procedures Drive continuous improvement of fast‑close processes, internal controls and ERP landscape (SAP)   Provide ad‑hoc analysis and guidance on new accounting standards to business stakeholders 3–5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, ideally gained in a Big 4 audit or tax practice Working experience in Hungary or East Europe is considered a strong plus Degree in Business Administration or certified German/International Accountant Deep knowledge of IFRS ; confident user of SAP FI/CO or similar ERP Fluent English (written & spoken)   Strong team player with excellent communication skills and an open, approachable mindset Self‑driven and solution‑oriented; you enjoy working across departments instead of staying “hidden behind spreadsheets” Freizeit & Flexibilität: Gönne dir 30 Tage Urlaub im Jahr!
