As part of Groupe BPCE’s international division, Natixis in Portugal designs and delivers solutions for its two core areas — Corporate & Investment Banking and Asset & Wealth Management — as well as transversal services that support all entities across the Group. As an Accountant in the team, your main responsibilities will be: • Check, record and process capital and operating expenditures; • Book and control of accruals and prepayments; • Manage the expense claim process; • Participate in the production of periodic corporate accounts; • Perform accounting and bank account reconciliations; • Maintain fixed assets register; • Ensure accuracy of general expenses posting in accounting systems. Background in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Management; • Experience in AP / General Accounting (1-3 years); • Experience with Accounting Software; • Advance Knowledge of IFRS GAAP; • Knowledge in Local Tax regulation (VAT); • Good analytical and communication skills; • Effective ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure; • Strong attention to detail, prioritization abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team; • Proficiency in English (at least a C1 level); Our workplace reflects the vibrant spirit of our locations, with initiatives such as a Green Transportation Budget, electric bikes and a flexible Hybrid Work Policy.
