We focus on long term retention and monetization rather than vanity metrics, ensuring that growth directly translates into trading volume, revenue, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Accounting: Maintaining accounting records for group companies in the UAE, as well as overseeing the work of outsourced accounting firms in the El Salvador and Panama jurisdictions. UAE Taxes: Full support of tax accounting (Corporate Tax, VAT, and other obligations). Reporting: Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards. Consolidation: Maintaining consolidated accounting for the group of companies. Audit and e-Invoicing: Preparing documentation and supporting internal and external audits. Working with e-Invoicing systems in the UAE and El Salvador. Communication: Liaising with regulators, the FTA, auditors, and external consultants.
