Accountant for our three establishments Our three businesses – the Wedelhütte, the Albergo and the La Pasta – employ around 80 staff during the high season. This also entails extensive organisational and financial tasks that require precise and reliable accounting. To support our team, we are looking for a Accountant (m/f/d) with an eye for detail, a head for numbers, and a genuine enjoyment of structured work. Your profile • Affinity for numbers: You work precisely, conscientiously and have a good understanding of financial processes. • Professional experience: Relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage – ideally in tourism or a comparable environment. • Independence: You can work independently and keep an overview even with several businesses and accounts. • Reliability: You work carefully, meet deadlines and are discreet in handling sensitive data. • Organizational talent: Structured workflows and clear processes are second nature to you. • Digital competence: Confident use of common accounting and office software. • Flexibility: You work 15 hours per week – partly from home if desired Your responsibilities • Financial accounting: Ongoing bookkeeping for our three establishments, including cash accounting. • Invoice verification: Checking and recording of incoming and outgoing invoices. • Payment transactions: Preparing and carrying out bank transfers as well as reconciling accounts. • Coordination & Reporting: Preparing analyses, monthly overviews and reports for the management. • Payroll preparation: Support with the preparation of payroll data for external processing. • Communication: Close collaboration with the management and external partners such as tax advisors and banks. • Seasonal overview: Support with budget planning, year-end closing preparations, and internal accounting at the end of the season.
