We are looking for an Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks support financial reporting and ensure accurate ledger maintenance for our organization. Key Responsibilities Core Functions • Maintain general ledger entries and ensure accurate financial record-keeping • Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports • Process invoices receipts payments and payroll transactions • Support external audits and ensure timely documentation Collaboration & Communication • Liaise with internal departments to clarify billing or budget-related queries • Coordinate with banks and external vendors on financial matters • Assist management with financial forecasting and budgeting • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting standards Performance & Reporting • Monitor financial transactions and ensure reconciliation of accounts • Generate reports to track expenses revenue and profitability • Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting issues • Recommend improvements to accounting procedures Requirements • 2 years of accounting experience preferably within the UAE • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally QuickBooks or similar) and MS Excel • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field • Fluency in English (verbal and written) • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Salary & Benefits Competitive Salary:AED (based on experience) Work Visa sponsorship Medical insurance 30 days of paid annual leave Ongoing training and a supportive team culture Work Arrangement: Type: Full-time on-site position Note: Remote or hybrid work is not available.
