You’ll lead day-to-day relationships, steer projects from kickoff through delivery, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, lasting relationships. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations. Lead meetings, prepare presentations, and keep everyone informed and aligned. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that come up promptly and professionally. Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and helping craft compelling proposals. Encourage a positive team environment where communication and collaboration thrive. Requirements 4+ years of experience in an advertising agency or similar environment, with client management experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem-solving. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A collaborative, positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000
