Are you a relationship-driven Account Manager with a passion for customer success and commercial growth? At AYVA Packaging, we're looking for an experienced Account Manager – Southern Region to manage and grow a portfolio of valued customers across Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business where your ability to build strong relationships and drive revenue growth will have a direct impact on our success. About the Role Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue across an established customer portfolio while delivering outstanding service and support. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers across the Southern Region. • Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Build trusted relationships through regular customer meetings, site visits, and quarterly business reviews. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting and account plans. What you will bring • 3–5+ years' experience in B2B Account Management, or Territory Management. • Strong relationship-building and commercial skills • Proven track record of growing revenue and managing customer portfolios • Experience within manufacturing, industrial products, packaging, or related sectors will be highly regarded. • A business, marketing or related qualification is advantageous but not essential.
