Job Requirements Responsabilités principales • Assurer l'interface privilégiée avec les clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins, leurs enjeux et leurs attentes. • Accompagner le traitement et la résolution des problématiques opérationnelles en coordonnant les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes. • Piloter des sujets transverses dans un environnement exigeant et réglementé. • Garantir le suivi des actions, le respect des engagements et une communication régulière auprès des clients. • Animer les échanges entre les différentes équipes impliquées et favoriser la collaboration pour atteindre les objectifs fixés. • Contribuer au développement et au maintien de relations de confiance avec les clients stratégiques.
