ACCOUNT MANAGER – RPO TEAM • Location: London Office • Flexibility: 80% required in the office. Hybrid option available after probation. • Reporting to: Account Director Focus/Purpose The Account Manager plays a critical role in the successful delivery of recruitment services across assigned client RPO accounts. Success in this role depends on exceptional organisation, planning, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, recruiters, vacancies, client stakeholders, and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The role is responsible for overseeing recruiter performance, ensuring SLA adherence, managing client relationships, driving continuous process improvement, and is accountable for the overall quality of recruitment delivery and financial performance of the accounts. Primary Job Responsibilities Client Relationship Management · Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations. · Lead regular client meetings to review performance, present KPI reporting, and provide market insights and workforce planning advice. · Manage client expectations around hiring timelines, candidate pipelines, and market conditions while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. Delivery Management · Oversee recruitment delivery across all live vacancies, ensuring SLAs and hiring targets are achieved. · Monitor requisition progress, pipeline health, and ageing roles, implementing strategies to improve fill rates and resolve delivery challenges. Team Leadership · Manage, coach, and develop employees supporting the accounts, conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews. · Ensure high standards of candidate quality, stakeholder management, accountability, and effective workload distribution across the team. Process Improvement · Drive continuous improvement by standardising recruitment processes, improving reporting frameworks, enhancing recruitment efficiency, and identifying opportunities for automation. Commercial & Strategic Management · Support the commercial success of the account through capacity planning, hiring forecasts, revenue and margin monitoring, and contributing to contract renewals and account growth opportunities. IDEAL PROFILE • 7+ years recruiting experience • 2+ years leadership or team oversight • Experience managing client relationships • Highly Organised with excellent time management skills. • Strong data literacy • Comfortable presenting to Senior Executives • Good Attitude, Resilience, Networking Skills, Candidate Control Skills and Leadership skills • Nordics speaking preferred but not essential Strong client leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and confidently manage expectations across multiple accounts. You demonstrate resilience, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem solving, with the ability to oversee recruitment delivery, manage competing priorities, and drive performance against KPIs and SLAs.
