Job description We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Account Manager   to optimize and grow   partner relationships in the insurance lead generation industry. This role requires   strong analytical skills, KPI-driven performance tracking, and revenue optimization expertise. Key responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of partners , ensuring robust  monthly and yearly revenue growth . • Track and optimize  key KPIs , including: • • Lead to Sales conversion rate • Policy sales CPA • Lead volume and spend growth • Conduct  weekly/monthly performance reviews  and present  data-driven insights . • Identify and execute  upsell/cross-sell strategies , driving consistent  YoY partner spend increase . • Collaborate with internal marketing team to enhance  lead distribution and lead performance . Qualifications • 2+ years  in  account management, performance marketing, or lead generation . • Proven experience meeting KPIs  in a  lead-driven  environment. • Strong  data analysis skills : Excel, Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), or SQL. • CRM proficiency  (Salesforce preferred) for performance tracking. • Self-motivated , able to  manage multiple accounts and projects . • Excellent communication skills  for client presentations and reporting.
