Account Manager (for Nikihk Brand) Location: Saskatoon Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Commission + Expense Allowance Nîkihk Enviroway Ventures LP—owned by BATC Investments LP and Enviroway Detergent Manufacturing Inc. introduced nîkihk, an Indigenous-inspired, eco-conscious brand rooted in community, culture, and sustainability few years ago. Nikihk products were inspired by Plains Cree culture to offer plant-based, non-toxic, and biodegradable household and laundry products with naturally pleasing scents. Every product reflects a commitment to environmental stewardship, community wellness, and Indigenous economic development. We are now seeking a passionate and well-connected  Account Manager to help expand access to Nîkihk products across retail stores, indigenous communities and organization. This opportunity is designed for a motivated Indigenous professional who understands the importance of trust, relationships, and community engagement. With strong earning potential, this role offers both  purpose and competitive base salary and commission. Key Responsibilities • Present and promote nîkihk products within indigenous and non- indigenous communities • Identify opportunities for: • Bulk purchasing • Community supply programs • Long-term partnerships • Act as a trusted liaison between nîkihk and community stakeholders • Attend community meetings, events, and gatherings as needed • Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships. • Drive sales growth by presenting our products and services effectively. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions • Deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support. Key Qualifications • Proven success in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes. • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to close deals • Ability to turn cold calls into qualified leads and long-term customers • Comfortable engaging with leadership, elders, and administrators • Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven • Passionate about: • Indigenous economic development • Community wellness • Supporting Indigenous-owned and sustainable brands • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
