The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day execution of client programs, working in partnership with the Client Services teams and our COE (Center of Excellence) to execute social-first marketing strategies built to deliver on client goals. Account Managers are stewards of the VN process and proactively manage the campaign execution. They display exceptional time management and organizational skills and thrive on adaptability, assignments, and tight deadlines. The Account Manager is responsible for successful project delivery and coordinates with junior staff from project initiation to successful campaign execution and delivery.
Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day creator and client communication across assigned workstreams, driving tactical execution and ensuring all deliverables, reporting, and touchpoints are proactive, accurate, and on time
Support and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, primarily focused on Micro and Mid-Tier talent, including influencer activation, content/social execution, and community management from kickoff through wrap.
Support production and on-site or remote shoots as needed, including coordination with creators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Maintain and manage data entry & collection for assigned creators, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and on-time submission
Support the development of wrap reports, performance summaries, and post-campaign insights
Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, or dependencies to the manager with recommended solutions
Support growth and upsell initiatives, including drafting pitch materials, decks, and value-add messaging
Prepare client-facing materials such as meeting agendas and recaps, weekly status reports, and performance insights
Contribute to quarterly and annual planning, renewals, and year-in-review documentation
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support effective execution
Leverage AI and automation tools to improve execution efficiency, reporting accuracy, creator communication, and workflow management
Qualifications and Skills:
3+ years of experience in advertising, influencer marketing, social media, or related services roles
Bachelor’s degree required, with a background in marketing, communications, or a related discipline strongly preferred
Experience working within inter-agency teams (IATs) and cross-functional environments
Hands-on experience with social media platforms and tools, paired with a strong understanding of influencer marketing best practices
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tactical workstreams, delegate effectively, and review junior team members’ work with accuracy and accountability
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing up to ensure alignment and progress
This role has an annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 CAD .
