Responsibilities • Gestionar la cartera de clientes Heart/Belly, garantizando el crecimiento de ingresos y rentabilidad • Impulsar el crecimiento de las cuentas y la satisfacción de los clientes • Desarrollar insights de demanda del cliente y expandir la participación a través de licitaciones • Monitorear tendencias del sector y colaborar con el área de marketing • Trabajar en equipo coordinado con equipos técnicos y desarrollo de negocios • Gestionar el pipeline de ventas en CRM y elaborar previsiones de ventas precisas • Implementar acciones alineadas a la estrategia global de Clariant • Gestionar contratos, precios y pagos pendientes Requirements • Experiencia mínima de 6 años en interacción con clientes en el sector de productos químicos especializados para la industria de Personal Care y Home Care - desde rol técnico (soporte técnico) o comercial (gestión de cuentas B2B) • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, orientación a resultados y enfoque comercial • Inglés avanzado/fluido • Licenciatura en Química, Ingeniería Química, Farmacia, o áreas afines • Disponibilidad para viajes nacionales (hasta 50% del tiempo) • Fácil acceso al Tecnoparque CDMX Norte (modelo de trabajo híbrido) Our Offer • Sueldo base competitivo. • Modelo híbrido de trabajo, con oficina ubicada en el Tecnoparque CDMX Norte. • Contratación directa en empresa multinacional. • Vehículo de flota (herramienta de trabajo). • Bono de desempeño anual, con base en resultados. • Prima vacacional 70%. • Vacaciones: 14 días. • Seguro de Gastos médicos mayores para empleado y familiares directos. • Seguro de vida, 26 meses de sueldo en caso de muerte. • Aguinaldo: 30 días. • Fondo de ahorro: 13% del salario mensual con tope legal. • Beneficio de gimnasio en convenio.
