Description
As an Account Manager within our Food Buying team you will provide ongoing management to new and non-core (primarily wholesale/B2B) revenue streams within food and, where relevant, support the development of brand-new revenue streams. In this exciting roe you will manage our current partnerships and develop strong relationships with key people on client side to influence and drive the Harrods Food commercial strategy through these accounts. Where relevant, you will identify new/adjacent opportunities in the B2B field and propose to Head of Food, Wine & Spirits for consideration as well as Propose NPD and category development to drive sales. In this role you may be required to travel, on occasion, to buying appointments and brand or client meetings. About Us As the world’s leading luxury retail emporium, we make the impossible possible. We have several exciting food accounts such as Ocado, Deliveroo and Supper. our Account Manager plays an integral role in our Food Buying department to monitor our commercial performance, strategically optimize and develop these relationships as well as project managing the development of new opportunities and investments. About You You will require relevant prior experience with a strong understanding for food partnerships and accounts and have expertise in developing prosperous relationships to driver commercial outcomes. You will need to display strong time management and leadership skills. You will need to have strong project management skills expertise partnered with a strong customer focus. You'll have excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively, inspire excellence whilst working autonomously as well as collaboratively.
