Within this role you will be responsible for dealing with Account Management. Building and maintaining strong relationships and being the first point of contact for product and account enquiries. You will offer exceptional customer service to all clients and have the ability to develop accounts, advise on products and increase sales. Key Duties: • Answering client calls and dealing with queries in a professional manner. • Provide advice on products • Prepare and send accurate quotations • Process payments made by customers • Update information on CRM systems • Maximise sales opportunities • Processing orders • Manage client visits to the showroom • Proactive in developing and maintaining client relationships • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written The candidate: • Previous sales experience would be an advantage • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Literate and numerate • Well presented • Confident, hardworking and driven • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy • Good time management • Desire to learn the technical side of the products • “Can do” attitude and willingness to learn.
