We believe great work requires great people, people who say "I'll find a way" instead of "it can't be done."   The Role   VideoAmp is looking for an experienced Account Manager with expertise in AdTech and Measurement. This role will focus on managing a dedicated book of post-sale client relationships within the independent agency space, driving performance, value, and retention. Our Account Managers are passionate about solving complex customer challenges and bring strong knowledge of tech, data, TV, and digital video. They have a proven track record of exceeding client expectations and growing relationships in a high-growth AdTech environment.   What You'll Do   Manage and monitor ongoing client performance, ensuring campaigns and insights are executed successfully and align with client goals. Foster strong, consultative relationships with independent agency clients by deeply understanding VideoAmp's product offerings and value proposition. Understand client KPIs and build strategies to exceed performance goals. Proactively solve client challenges and identify growth opportunities within accounts. Establish and maintain a strong vision of customer service excellence and contribute to client success best practices. Provide thought leadership and serve as a key point of contact for escalations and strategic initiatives. Drive client value through regular performance reviews, adoption trends, and relationship health metrics such as retention and expansion. Collaborate closely with Sales, AdOps, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. Represent the voice of the customer internally to help refine VideoAmp's products and processes. Stay current on industry trends in AdTech, TV, and cross-platform measurement to offer clients cutting-edge solutions.   What You'll Bring   Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Services within AdTech, programmatic media, or digital advertising, agency or vendor side. Strong understanding of programmatic media buying and ad operations workflows; platform experience is a plus. Proven ability to manage high-value clients, drive account growth, and exceed performance expectations. Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience using tools like Salesforce, ChurnZero, Zendesk, Pendo, or JIRA to manage accounts and track performance. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a client-first mindset. Passionate about the digital advertising industry and excited to deliver measurable results for clients.   Compensation & Benefits   Base Salary $75,000 to $85,000 (commensurate with experience)   Commission 30% targeted commission   Equity Equity participation included   Time Off Discretionary & flexible PTO + Spring, Summer & Winter
