Account Manager/Cardiology Education Specialist The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver exceptional sales and service to end-users of  Corcym's  Heart Valve product line. The incumbent will be accountable for setting and meeting sales goals in terms of units sold and revenue generated across designated territories. Continuous assessment of market dynamics, reporting on market trends, and devising effective strategies for the assigned territory will also be integral to the role. The second responsibility of this role is  to promote and provide technical and clinical presentations of our products to hospital cardiologists. The candidate should speak about our products, but also about therapies (SAVR Vs TAVR) and present the  real world  evidence and provide unbiased messages. As an ideal candidate, you will have recent exposure to the clinical field and/or experience with the sales of medical devices to deliver clients quality service. You are willing to learn and work to  maintain amicable relations with current clients, as well as grow accounts in the assigned territories. Essential Functions • Attain sales targets for both volume and revenue, as well as pricing  objectives . • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with corporate goals. • Continuously assess the market landscape in assigned areas, regularly reporting market insights and trends to management. • Regularly propose  sales objectives  and strategic initiatives to management, supported by written reports and recommendations. • Formulate promotional initiatives such as symposia, seminars, and webinars to drive sales goals in designated territories. • Ensure adherence to company compliance policies and ethical standards in all sales and marketing endeavours. • Maintain frequent customer engagement through product education, sharing clinical evidence, and regular visits. • Uphold the company's image and visibility within assigned territories through consistent customer interactions, attendance at trade shows, and engagement with surgeons. • Manage consignment inventories  in accordance with  company policies. • Provide  timely  submission of monthly sales reports, expense reports, account profiles, and other required documentation. • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the sales database through continuous updates. • Prepare necessary reports and customer presentations as needed. • Effectively manage territory expense budgets. • Organization of referral meetings. • Creation or reinforce a network between surgeons and cardiologists. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Exceptional interpersonal abilities and adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently. • Proficiency  in sales techniques and strategies to  optimize  revenue growth. • Demonstrates professionalism in attire, communication, and customer service etiquette. • Capable of articulating thoughts effectively and fostering professional connections. • Strong  proficiency  in both written and verbal communication. • Competent in operating personal computers and  utilizing  company software. • Skilled in using spreadsheet, graphics, word processing, and other business applications. • Flexible availability for travel and willingness to work beyond regular hours, including being  on-call . • Proficiency in the English language. • Car driving license Education & Experience: • Essential experience includes working within the Medical Device industry, preferably with Cardiovascular-related business. • Experience in the hospital operating theatre environment. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Understanding and application of compliance topics. • Strong history of leading and motivating teams to develop and implement commercial growth strategies in a matrix environment. • Exceptional customer focus with ability to build relationships. • Proven strategic selling skills necessary to achieve growth and sales objectives. • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills, coupled with strong leadership abilities. • Proficient in negotiation and communication, with a talent for influencing and building trust. • 3 years of experience working within the Medical Device. • At least scientific or commercial Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 5 years' experience in a similar position.
