The company uses AI to identify coverage gaps and address them with tenant legal liability waivers, helping ensure consistent protection across all units. Beagle’s solutions enable property managers to reduce risk while simplifying compliance workflows. Through a profit-sharing model and additional products offered at no cost, Beagle also helps partners unlock new revenue streams. The team focuses on turning insurance compliance from a liability into a strategic advantage. The Role The Account Manager Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of property management clients, monitoring their renters insurance compliance, and analyzing account performance and coverage gaps. The Account Manager Analyst collaborates closely with clients to interpret data, recommend solutions, and support the implementation of Beagle’s products, including tenant legal liability waivers. Daily activities include preparing reports, tracking key metrics, responding to client inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams such as product and operations to resolve issues and optimize processes. The role also contributes to identifying revenue opportunities and supporting client onboarding and training to ensure strong adoption and satisfaction. Qualifications • Client relationship and account management skills, including the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and handle multiple stakeholder needs. • Analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience using spreadsheets, dashboards, or analytics tools to identify trends and performance issues. • Operational and organizational skills, such as attention to detail, process improvement, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines. • Communication and collaboration skills, including strong written and verbal communication and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Prior experience in property management, insurance, compliance, or a related field is beneficial. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and adapting to evolving client and product needs.
