Account Manager | Remote | 12pm - 9pm An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Account Manager to join a growing international business, managing key client relationships and driving sponsorship and membership growth across a portfolio of leading global B2B events. Salary : £40-50k plus commission Location : Remote Hours : 12pm – 9pm What You'll Do • Manage a portfolio of sponsorship, membership and partnership accounts, ensuring an exceptional client experience • Build and develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers • Drive account retention, renewals and revenue growth through effective account management and identifying upselling opportunities • Prepare and present account reviews, renewal proposals and commercial recommendations • Work closely with marketing, research and operations teams to deliver on client commitments • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and account records • Represent the business at UK and international events and identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships Who You Are • At least three years' experience in account management, client services or B2B relationship management • Proven track record of managing client accounts, achieving renewal targets and growing existing business • Experience within events, conferences, media, technology or a similar B2B environment is advantageous • Confident building relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives • Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills • Proficient with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce • Willing to travel internationally when required Benefits: • 21 days annual leave plus bank holiday • Gym membership • Annual company retreat PM 203275 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
