Role Summary and Impact   In this role you will be responsible for the development of OOH and print campaigns across a variety of WPP Canada clients. We are seeking someone who has a point of view to drive holistic media plans that deliver results. This position work closely with senior management and agency partners to create and evaluate media strategies based on business goals and the competition.  Your Impact:   Day-to-day responsibility involving the planning of OOH and print campaigns  Present media plan recommendation and POV’s to planning teams Oversee campaign management from initial campaign briefing through to post campaign reporting and analysis  Decision making on campaign optimization and strategic changes  Ensure media plans deliver on client objectives, are strategic and meet efficiency goals  Assist with tracking media expenditures to ensure agency and client budget compliance  Maintain strong relationships with agency planning teams/Manage client requests – i.e. plan changes, budget changes, provide marketplace information  Working closely with Associate Director and Manager Mentor and train team's coordinator Investigate industry news and information to further enhance knowledge of the media industry  Skills and Experience   Your Qualifications:   Minimum 3+ years of related experience, traditional media planner, and in media, investment or strategy teams within an established media agency  University or College degree/diploma in Media, Marketing, Business, or related field; OR equivalent professional work experience  Experience working with a range of clients  Demonstrates a deep understanding of the OOH (digital, static and programmatic) and print landscape   Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite  About You:   Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail  Ability to communicate concisely and clearly both orally and in writing  Self-starter who demonstrates initiative  Ability to manage multiple projects  Ability to delegate and oversee Coordinator workload  Team player who can step in and help drive strategy against a landscape that is in constant change  Thrives in fast paced environment  Life at WPP Media & Benefits Our passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work.
