The Opportunity
The National Accounts Account Executive is responsible for managing, growing, and retaining a portfolio of large, complex employer clients (5,000+ lives) within the Group Benefits segment. The Account Exective serves as the primary relationship owner and leads overall account strategy, ensuring delivery of integrated benefits solutions while driving profitable growth.
This role operates in a highly matrixed environment, partnering across sales, underwriting, service, and product teams to deliver best-in-class outcomes for clients and brokers.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 5–10+ years in employee benefits, insurance, or a related field.
• Proven success managing large, complex client relationships and delivering strong client outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of Group Benefits products, services, and industry practices.
• Demonstrated ability to sell, negotiate, and close complex business deals.
• Active Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain) and required securities registrations.
Preferred Qualifications
• Life & Health license
• FINRA related designations
• Successful track record in sales and customer relationship management.
The expected salary range for this position is $78,000 - $104,000 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
