In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for commission based on meeting monthly targets. The On Target Earnings for this position is $99,840 if all commission is earned.
Job Summary
The Account Executive will promote and sell Truckstop.com products and services to customers in Truckstop.com’s carrier persona . The Account Executive will be responsible for up-selling and cross-selling to the Truckstop.com existing customer base and will also act as a trusted advisor and consultant to their set of customers. This is an inside sales role; all customer interactions are performed via the phone and email.
Essential Job Functions

li">Consult with customers to gather information and make product recommendations for their business
li">Meet li">sales objectives li"> by selling Truckstop.com products and services
li">Use various computer systems/screens simultaneously to process sales
li">Build and li">maintain li"> strong customer rapport. Consult, multi-task, and problem solve with the customer
li">Build and li">maintain li"> a sales pipeline, accurately forecast opportunity outcomes
li">Close sales opportunities at a high rate
li">Manager will provide support as needed; weekly discussion to provide sales summary
li">Ability to become well-informed about the industry and li">Truckstop.com’s li"> products and services

Position Requirements
li">High school diploma, college degree preferred
li">Experience in carrying and li">attaining li"> a sales quota
li">Background in shipping and li">logistics li">, preferred
li">Minimum three years' experience in software sales experience, including experience in presenting a sales demonstration to a client, especially via phone, preferred
li">Bilingual Spanish/English, preferred
