Description
Help make the world more hospitable
The hospitality industry is uniquely human, and it deserves technology that’s just as inspiring as the people behind it. At Mews, we’re transforming the industry with a platform that helps hotels run smarter, move faster and create better guest experiences.
You’ll work with smart, curious people who care deeply about what they do. You’ll have autonomy and the trust to make good decisions and move quickly. And you’ll enjoy a real sense of purpose as you see the impact of what we’re building.
If you’re motivated by ownership, curiosity and meaningful impact, and are driven to deliver consistent high performance, you’ll feel at home here.
About the role
Let's get into the specifics. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it into a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:
Th is is a territory ownership role. You'll have full responsibility for building and closing new business across the UK & Ireland — one of Mews' highest-priority growth markets — selling directly to hotel owners, operators, and management teams who are replacing the systems they've run on for decades.
The hospitality industry is in the middle of a real technology shift. Most properties still run on legacy platforms built before mobile payments existed, before dynamic pricing was standard, before guests expected a frictionless digital experience. Mews is the platform operators are switching to. In 2025, Mews processed nearly $20 billion in transactions; today, 15,000+ properties across 85 countries run on the platform. The UK & Ireland represents meaningful untapped territory, and this role is accountable for capturing it.
What you would do
Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to signed contract
Build and manage a pipeline of net new hospitality prospects across the UK & Ireland
Run an average of 1–2 high-impact product demos per day, rooted in discovery and consultative selling
Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across General Managers, Owners, Finance, and Operations teams
Drive at least 60% of your closed deals from outbound activity you generate yourself
Forecast accurately and manage deal progression across your pipeline
Develop and execute a territory plan that compounds over time
What you would bring
A demonstrable track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a SaaS sales role — specific numbers, not general descriptions
Strong outbound prospecting skills with evidence of the activity behind your results
Experience selling net new business and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Experience selling into hospitality or hotel technology
The ability to build a territory strategy and execute against it with discipline
Value-based selling skills and the ability to tell a compelling story to senior operators
You use AI as a real part of your workflow, not as a novelty — automating research, drafting outreach, and preparing for deals more efficiently than you could without it
