Description
At Qualtrics, we create software that the world’s best brands use to deliver exceptional frontline experiences, build high-performing teams, and design products people love. But we are more than a platform. We are the creators and stewards of the Experience Management category serving over 18,000 clients globally. Building a category takes grit, determination, and an appreciation for the unconventional—but most of all it requires close-knit, high-functioning teams with an unwavering dedication to serving our customers. When you join one of our teams, you’ll be part of a nimble group that’s empowered to set ambitious goals and move fast to achieve them. Strategic risks are encouraged, and complex problems are solved by collaborating and iterating until the best solution comes to light. You won’t have to look to find growth opportunities— they’ll find you. From retail to government to healthcare, we’re on a mission to bring humanity, connection, and empathy back to business. Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing.
Account Executive
Why We Have This Role
We need an Account Executive based in Singapore to own the Singapore territory and help mid-market organisations accelerate their experience management (XM) maturity. Using Qualtrics’ ready-to-deploy XM SaaS platform, you’ll partner with commercial customers—especially in Financial Services (FSI) and Education—to turn experience data into measurable business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with client stakeholders (from champions to senior leaders) and internal teams—solutions consultants, customer success, partners and sales ops—to drive strategy, adoption and long-term value.
How You’ll Find Success
Takes initiative: rapidly learns client goals and Singapore market context, then drives opportunities independently.
Proven quota achiever: consistent history of meeting or exceeding SaaS/technology sales targets.
New business hunter: builds qualified pipeline and converts target accounts across mid-market segments.
Vertical awareness: experience selling to FSI and/or Education buyers is strongly desirable (not mandatory).
Skilled negotiator and relationship builder: closes deals that deliver mutual value and sustainable adoption.
Cross-functional collaborator: partners with solutions consultants, customer success, legal and sales ops to execute complex deals.
Adaptable and resilient: pivots approach based on market dynamics, regulatory considerations and customer needs.
How You’ll Grow
Build strategic selling skills by managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles with senior executives across Singapore.
Deepen product, analytics and XM expertise on a market-leading SaaS platform used across industries and functions.
Develop vertical specialisation in FSI and Education — learn regulatory, procurement and buyer dynamics unique to these sectors.
Influence regional go-to-market strategy and expand your career into broader commercial or leadership roles.
Things You’ll Do
Win new logos and grow revenue in the Singapore commercial/mid-market segment — prospect, qualify and close a defined list of target accounts.
Own vertical plays — develop targeted account lists, tailored messaging and go-to-market approaches.
Deliver account plans that drive pipeline and closures — build power maps, demand generation approaches and closing strategies for each target account.
Establish trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders — guide customers from discovery through procurement and handover to customer success.
Coordinate internal resources to create winning proposals — partner with solutions consultants, sales ops, legal and finance to align pricing, scope and implementation.
Maintain market and competitive insight — apply product, AI and industry knowledge to position Qualtrics solutions effectively and address sector-specific needs
