We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead key client accounts, manage strategic relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will oversee account performance, lead a team of Account Managers and Executives, ensure client satisfaction, and collaborate with internal departments to deliver high-quality projects and services. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership/director-level role. Strong background in managing corporate and B2B clients. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in Arabic and English. Experience within agencies, events, advertising, PR, or corporate client services is highly preferred. PMP or equivalent certificates is a must.
