Your Day-to-Day • Coach & develop teachers – Provide 1-on-1 mentoring, conduct performance evaluations, lead calibration sessions, and track teacher improvement progress • Design training programs – Build end-to-end teacher training from scratch, covering classroom management, student behavior, and developmental strategies • Monitor teacher engagement – Analyze NPS feedback to identify trends and create action plans that improve teacher happiness and retention • Manage class operations – Oversee scheduling, resolve slot issues, and ensure smooth daily operations • Collaborate & report – Work with Curriculum and Student Specialist teams, and provide data-driven insights to management Who We’re Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Educational Psychology, or HR Development • 4-7 years experience, with 2-3 years in a role combining teaching with people development (not pure classroom teaching) • Prior experience as a senior teacher, headmaster, or academic coordinator who has mentored/evaluated other teachers • Experience designing training curriculum end-to-end from scratch • Data literacy – able to turn survey data into actionable plans • Strong communication, collaboration, coaching, and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
