Academic General Internal Medicine – Ambulatory Primary Care Full time University Health Physicians , is a multi-specialty academic group practice affiliated with the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine (UMKC SOM) in conjunction with its major teaching facility University Health (UH). University Health Truman Medical Center Many UHP physicians have teaching responsibilities for residents, fellows, and medical students.  The UMKC SOM accepts students directly out of high school for a six-year combined baccalaureate/Doctor of Medicine program.  The UMKC SOM Graduate Medical Education program supports over 30 residencies and fellowships. Job Description The Section of General Internal Medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine, University Health, and University Health Physicians seek staff faculty members for Ambulatory Primary Care role.  The individual should have the clinical, academic, and personal skills to contribute to an active academic section. Must be Board-eligible/Board certified in Internal Medicine.
