Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
Academic anesthesiology role with teaching, mentorship, and faculty appointment
Base salary $490K–$500K+ based on academic rank
$40K sign-on bonus plus $10K relocation assistance
$15K–$20K annual quality bonus
56 total days off annually supporting excellent work-life balance
Practice in a Level I Trauma Center with high-acuity case exposure
Broad case mix including trauma, neurosurgery, vascular, and surgical oncology
Additional exposure to OB/GYN, high-risk obstetrics, ENT, ortho, urology, plastics
Advanced procedures including robotics, bariatrics, endoscopy, MRI, ECT, and TEE
Utilize general, neuraxial, MAC, and regional anesthesia techniques
Large, collaborative anesthesia department with strong care team model
Epic EMR and Qgenda scheduling for efficient workflow
Significant investment in modern anesthesia equipment and resources
Academic involvement teaching residents, CRNAs, and medical students
CME allowance of $5,000 plus dedicated faculty development resources
