Highlights • Administer academic and staff personnel matters for the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior. • Provide analysis, policy interpretation, advice, and counsel on personnel matters to managers, supervisors, and department members. • Ensure compliance with system-wide, campus, departmental policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements. • Resolve moderate to complex academic HR-related issues affecting a broad range of academic titles. • Required skills: proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint), ability to analyze data and generate reports. • Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts or Science in a related field and 1-3 years of relevant experience. • Preferred experience includes working in academic medical practice settings and familiarity with physician scheduling, student rotations, fellowships, and ACGME interactions. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for interaction with physicians, departments, and vendors. • Salary range: $79,200 to $143,400 per year. • Compliance with background checks, vaccination policies, and legal employment requirements is mandatory.
