About the Role:  Planet is looking for a passionate, innovative ABM Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for the EMEA Civil Government & Defence & Intelligence businesses. Reporting to the Director of EMEA Regional Marketing, you will lead the strategy and execution of the account-based marketing (ABM) programs to accelerate pipeline and drive engagement within our priority accounts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders in sales and marketing to design and execute 1:1 and 1 ABM programs across multiple channels, including bespoke events and personalised digital campaigns. This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to be in our Berlin office 3 days per week. Impact You’ll Own: Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing to develop 1:1 and 1 ABM marketing plans that drive engagement and pipeline within our priority accounts Build and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns tailored to specific personas within target accounts Lead the strategy and execution for bespoke events and experiences Influence marketing pipeline metrics and other key performance indicators What You Bring: 6+ years of regional, field, events, and ABM marketing experience Experience creating and executing a regional marketing strategy including launching and owning ABM programs Experience planning and executing events at a range of budget levels and venues Experience leveraging AI to scale marketing reach and efficiency  Success in creating and executing comprehensive ABM programs in the public and government sectors that drove pipeline and revenue A track record of building solid partnerships with sales teams to align on account strategies, goals, and tactics Ability to organise, prioritise, and execute multiple, ongoing programs under a deadline, with an eye on business impact Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage and launch campaigns, track campaign effectiveness, monitor engagement, and track ROI of event channels for future planning What Makes You Stand Out: Success in creating and executing comprehensive regional ABM strategies that include a range of tactics and activities  Overachieving marketing goals with an ability to drive for results Ability to organise, prioritise and execute multiple, ongoing projects under deadline, with an eye on business impact  Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage and launch campaigns, track campaign effectiveness, monitor engagement and track ROI of event channels for future planning Excellent attention to detail and project management skills to align all stakeholders through the planning process Application Deadline:
