ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) - New Jersey   Location : Paterson, NJ    Salary : $25.00–$28.00 per Hour    Part-Time (See Schedule Below)  Join a Team That Makes a Meaningful Impact!    Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is excited to welcome a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to a 14yo child in Paterson, NJ. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who loves working with children and is eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities!  Schedule :    Monday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM   Tuesday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM   Wednesday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM   Thursday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM   Friday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM Responsibilities:     Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services with enthusiasm!   Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA with dedication!   Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills in a fun and engaging way!   Collect data and document session progress accurately!   Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure the best outcomes!   Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times!
