Overview Software Mind is seeking qualified candidates located in Latam to fill the role of  Quality Assurance Engineer - SDET In addition to a competitive salary rate and a positive work environment committed to delivering high-quality technology solutions, we also offer" • Flexible schedules • An authentic work-life balance • Payment in US Dollars About the role: We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who will support the release and delivery process by collaborating with the QA and Development team, and participate in design and development reviews by providing feedback to product development teams. LI-DNI The main responsibilities/tasks include: • Test (manual and automated) debug, and analyze issues for projects throughout the entire process • Develop test specifications or test cases for user stories • Schedule demos, UAT sessions, and QA-related meetings • Execute test cases based on business requirements Job Skills/Requirements • +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills • 5+ years of QA Automation experience, with hands-on experience writing test scripts • Strong experience with C#, and at least one Automation Framework like Selenium, PyTest, Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, etc. • Ability to take business requests and break them down into manageable steps to achieve a goal • The ability to code/write automated tests in Playwright using JavaScript • Experience with Swagger, or something similar Nice to have: • Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) technologies
