We work directly with different industries including Automotive, Energy, Aeronautics, Banking & Insurance, Telecom & Multimedia, and Rail; offering services ranging from project design development to test/validation, programming, implementation, and manufacturing. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated I nteriors Design & Release Engineer to join our team. As an Interiors Design & Release Engineer, you will be responsible for the engineering, design, development, timing, and production release of interior components and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate design and development of interior systems, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the design and release processes. The area we are seeking currently to cover is Seats components. 📍 Location: México 🕒 Experience Level: 1+ years 🌐 English: B2–C1 🧩 Full-time | Engineering ✈️ Valid visa is optional Requirements The  Interiors D&R Engineer  is responsible for the component and system level design, development, validation, timing and production release of the following areas:  Seats components. Basic Qualifications: Experience: 1 to 3 years in reviewing, validating, and releasing designs for automotive components (Seats). Experience on complete seat, trim covers, foams, headrest and armrest. Experience with materials such as: foam, cloth, leather, vinyl, PP, ABS, metallic structures or electronic components. CATIA V5/3DX or NX (for 3D/2D model review). PLM (Teamcenter) (documentation and release management). Knowledge: Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles. Manufacturing processes (injection molding, thermoforming, plastic welding, etc.). PBOM, eBOM, DVP&R , and technical sheets management. Language: Intermediate-advanced English (technical comprehension and international team communication). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs . Knowledge of style freeze processes and theme evaluation. In-plant experience (tool tryouts, assembly, program launch). Familiarity with automotive quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949 ).
